Loki's Dress Concept

I want one, so I decided to make one. I mean, Loki's costume is amazing in general, but I sort of want a girl version. So I'll try to make this one happen. I still want the Scepter and Lady Loki headpiece (and the arm thingies) - no idea how I'll make that yet. I'll try to make it for halloween and then wear it for the rest of my life

NOW this is important the design is taken from a few ideas I've seen around so the credit has to go to these people. The front is from here -> [link] because it's pretty awesome.
I want the dress to be rather short but maybe it works better as a longer one - haven't decided on the length yet.
The back is based on Loki's costume in Avengers.

I also want to add a green cape to this - but one with a hood.
